Production Procedure

Umbrella will through many steps of Production .  

In the beginning of the Fabric purchasing , then 

Fabric cutting according to the umbrella size.  

Edging rolling to make sure the fabric won't  be teared.  

Panel cutting will according to the umbrella frame , each panel will be cutting carefully. 

Printing: If clients' have requirement of the printing , we will print the logo on the cutted fabric.

Sewing the panels---Topping---Fixing Strap---Fixing tips---Sewing---Assembling---Inspection---Packing
